The facility on the outside is lovely, however the front desk is extremely unwelcoming and not helpful at all. She was unable to answer our questions and she was not engaging at all. While her job is to great and welcome visitors and members (which we are) she seemed more upset at the fact that we interrupted her from reading her book. Additionally, we thought a “community center” was meant for the “community” this location does not carry the value of community. We felt as though we were not welcomed. You have a growing community all around you, get with the program, update your system and schedule to reflect open gym status. We’re now headed to another one of the locations we have a membership and will be down grading our family membership due to our experience today. A community center without the value of community is basically paying people to sit at a service desk, surf the internet and read on company time.

I was present at the Eola Center in Aurora today and personally witnessed the incident involving the manager, Stephanie, and another customer (Kai Flow). I want to make it clear that I fully support Kai’s account, as I observed these events unfold in real time. The situation was extremely uncomfortable to watch. Stephanie approached the vehicle while it was charging and unplugged it without permission. When the customer politely asked her not to touch the car, she responded in an aggressive and unprofessional manner. She used profanity and insulted him in front of others nearby, including families who were leaving Easter services. At one point, she even addressed bystanders, calling him “an idiot” and making remarks about his ability to afford his car. It was shocking to see someone in a management position behave this way in a public setting. From what I observed, the customer remained calm despite being provoked. The entire interaction felt unnecessary and escalated solely due to Stephanie’s behavior, creating an uncomfortable environment for everyone around. This situation needs to be addressed. No employee—especially someone in a management role—should treat people this way

Nice center with tesla chargers! Walking trail, library under construction for ever … hope they finish soon!

My daughters (4&6) go to gymnastics here and my son (10) plays basketball. They enjoy their programs and their coaches are really helpful and patient. Can get a little pricey depending on what you enroll them in. Also, you need to register early because classes do fill up quickly.

A family friendly recreation centre with a library branch attached. Pre schooling the building. BBall courts and Table tennis league on the weekend. Newly updated gym, variety of classes and a good walking track. Community rooms to rent for parties too. Baseball field outside. One of the best community centers
